~Thank You~

Thank You, Shukran Jazilan, Terima Kasih, Arigatoo Gozaimasu... all these phrases give the same meaning. Why we should thank? When we should thank? Whom we should thank? How to be thankful?

Why we should thank? We should thank to show our appreciation and our gratitude on what we had received.

When we should thank? Not only when we received something good, we should say thank. We can say thank you anytime, no specific time to say thank you.

Whom we should thank? We say thank you to our parents, brothers, sisters, friends, colleagues, people around, but never forget to say thank you to the All Giver, the Sustainer, the Cherisher, Lord of the Universe Allah SWT.

How to be thankful? We say thank you to Allah SWT for all His ni'mah that he had bestowed upon us. Say Alhamdulillah, all praises be to Allah, to show our thankful to Him. Be a thankful slave ('ibad as-shakirin) will avoid us from arrogance. Be gratitude to Allah SWT all the time don't be kufr with the ni'mah. Allah SWT has bestowed upon us countless of ni'mah and rahmah. Thus, we can't rebel in the time we received the mihnah. We say thank you to all people for their hands and kindness. As Prophet SAW said: whosoever doesn't thank to people, has not thanked to Allah SWT. Just a simple word, thank you, terima kasih, shukran jazilan, arigatoo... shows them how precious they're in our life.

lain shakartum la'azidannakum, wa lain kafartum inna azabi la shadid... those who thank to Me, I will give them more, and don't be kufr/disobeyed, indeed My torments are heavy...

  • O Allah, Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli hal, Astagfirullah 'ala kulli dhanb... All praises be to Allah SWT in all matters, I seek forgiveness from Allah for all my sins and mistakes...
  • To my mom and dad, thank you for all u've done for me, too much kindness that you've given upon me, i want both of you to know that, you're the best mom and dad in the world, ighfir dhunubi ya Allah, wali walidayya warham huma kama rabbayani saghira... Forgive all my sins ya Allah, and both my parents, and have mercy upon them as they've given their mercy upon me since i was young...
  • To all my siblings, brothers and sisters, you're the supporters in all what i've done, in all the decision i've taken, and in all matters and conditions. My highest appreciation to all of you dear brothers and sisters, thank you and may Allah SWT bestows upon us the happiness in this world and in the hereafter. InsyaAllah.
  • To all my friends and colleagues, no matter when and where i've known all of you, thank you for all the happiness and sadness moments that we had shared together, thank you for all the kindness and assistance that you've had given to me, may Allah SWT bestows upon all of you the rewards in the hereafter.

Dear all, Thank you so much. Kullukum jami'an, shukran jazilan. Terima kasih kepada semua. Minna san, arigatoo gozaimasu...

Words of the day: appreaciate all the people surround us and don't take someone for granted, because we may wake up some day and realize that we have lost the diamonds while we're busy collecting stones...

I'm the seeker of knowledge. That's the meaning of 'ana tilmizah'. I like the meaning of ana tilmizah, since i'm a student. Knowledge is something precious in our life. Without knowledge, we will be under developed, we will be at the back, we will be far from other people.
Seeking knowledge ia an obligation in Islam, in which Prophet SAW said: Seeking knowledge is a compulsory for all Muslim and Muslimah. Islam encourages the seeking of knowledge especially the knowledge of adDin, religious knowledge which based on revelation. But, that doesn't mean we should neglect the knowledge of modern science. Every knowledge which is good for our lives can be obtained through the process of learning. The process of learning will not only take part by attending classes or lectures, but part of our lives also are spent for learning process. Life Experience is part of knowledge for those who wants to think and take it as a knowledge. Since our childhood, we were grown up with full of learning process. How to handle and manage ourselves, how to read, how to write, and so on. While we are in adulthood, we learn how to cook, how to solve the problem, how to handle the job at work place, even until we become ages, we will learn something which we are not able to get it when we were young. So, there is no limit ages for seeking knowledge. As Prophet SAW said: Seek the knowledge since you're in the cradle until you'll be in the graveyard. That's why i believe, knowledge is a precious treasures which will be the jariah (our saver/treasure) in the hereafter in condition we conveyed or used the knowledge for the profits of other people. Otherwise, the treasure that we get doesn't give anything to us and other people like a tree without fruits which doesn't give profit to the owner.
Rabbi zidni 'ilman nafiaa... O my Lord, bestows upon me the profit/good knowledge
Words of the day: al-'ilm bi la 'amal, kasshajar bi la thamar; knowledge without practice, like trees without fruits.
